Creative and Design Agency
Creative agency in Turkey: design that gets you chosen, not just admired.
Rebel Co. Group is a creative agency that produces design that works. From logo and brand identity to ad creative, from social media design to packaging, we build every surface of your brand from a single source. Our goal is not to be liked, it is to be noticed, remembered and to sell.
Short answer: What does a creative agency in Turkey do? A creative agency in Turkey builds every visual surface of your brand from one source, so it looks consistent and sells. Rebel Co. Group, based in Istanbul, designs logos and brand identity, ad creative for Google, Meta and TikTok, social media design, and packaging and print work, for brands in Turkey and for international brands. We work in Turkish, English, German, Russian and Arabic, and you receive source files and all usage rights.
Sound familiar?
You have design, but it does not tell your story.
Most brands' design problem is not talent, it is consistency and direction. Every piece comes from a different place, in a different language, the result reflects confusion, not the brand. We first build a visual language, then produce every piece tied to that language.
- Your brand does not stand out from competitors and gets lost in the crowd.
- Every design comes from a different place, you have no consistent look.
- The visuals look good but do not get clicked or turn into sales.
- You are tired of hunting for a separate freelancer for every job and the shifting quality.
What we design
Every surface of your brand, from one place.
Logo and Brand Identity
We build the logo, color, typography and usage rules that tell your brand at a glance as an identity system. The foundation of recognition starts here.
Ad Creative
Visuals and videos that stop the scroll. We produce ad creative for Google, Meta and TikTok that gets clicked, watched and converts, with variations.
Social Media Design
Feed, story, Reels covers and campaign visuals. We turn your profile into a consistent showcase that tells your brand at first glance.
Packaging and Print Design
Packaging that gets picked off the shelf, catalogs, business cards and print work. We make your brand speak the same language in the physical world too.
Which ad formats should your creative be built for?
Google's documentation says Performance Max serves YouTube, Display, Search, Discover, Gmail and Maps from one campaign, and Google AI decides the mix. One set of assets therefore has to work in several placements. For video, Google Ads documents these lengths.
| Format | Length in Google Ads documentation | What it means for the creative |
|---|---|---|
| Bumper | 6 seconds, minimum 5 | One idea, delivered at once |
| Non-skippable in-stream | 60 seconds or shorter | A complete story that holds without a skip option |
| Skippable in-stream | No upper limit, under 3 minutes recommended | Open with the point, so the viewer chooses to stay |
| YouTube Shorts ad | Under 60 seconds recommended | Made for the format, not cut down from a longer film |
These are Google's documented lengths. Platform rules change, so we check them before each production.
Why are brand creative and sales creative briefed separately?
A Think with Google article by Mark Ritson (January 2025) argues that "dual duty" ads, which try to build the brand and win an immediate sale in one creative, perform worse than ads that do each job separately. It draws on Binet and Field and on IPA Databank data from 2016 to 2024. We brief the two jobs separately for that reason: one set of creative builds recognition, another asks for the click.
How we work
With direction, not inspiration.
-
01
Brief and Discovery
We understand your brand, your goal and your taste direction. We clarify what we are designing, for whom and why.
-
02
Concept
We present direction-setting concepts and drafts, and confirm together that we are on the right track.
-
03
Design and Revision
We develop the approved concept, refine the details and finalize it with your feedback.
-
04
Delivery and Application
We hand over source and output files and ensure the design is applied correctly across every channel.
From brief to rollout: what happens at each step
- Brief. Goal, audience, channels, mandatory elements, and examples you like and dislike.
- Concept directions. A few clear routes, so you approve a direction before any detail is built.
- Design and revision. The approved route is developed, with the number of revision rounds agreed in the scope upfront.
- Adaptation. The final design is adapted for each placement: feed, story, ad formats and print.
- Handover. Source and output files, usage rules and a check that the design is applied correctly across channels.

Explore Result StoriesWho is this not for?
- Anyone who wants a design without a brief. We start from your goal, audience and channel.
- Brands that cannot yet say who they serve and why customers should choose them. Start with brand strategy, then return to design.
- Anyone expecting a guaranteed click rate or sales figure from design alone. Creative improves the odds. It does not promise outcomes.
Frequently asked questions
About creative and design.
What does a creative agency do?
A creative agency builds and produces a brand's visual language. From logo and brand identity to ad visuals and videos, from social media designs to packaging and print work, it produces every touchpoint of the brand with consistent, distinctive design that serves sales.
Can I order just a logo design?
Of course. We work at every scale, from a single logo or identity piece to a holistic identity project covering the brand's entire visual world. We clarify your need in the first meeting and define the scope accordingly.
How many revisions are included?
Our goal is not to count revisions but to deliver the right work. We start the process with a brief and concept approval, and proceed making sure we are heading in the right direction. For every project we define enough revision rounds together with the scope upfront.
Do the source files stay with us?
Yes. The source and output files of approved work are delivered to you, all rights over your brand stay with you. We do not work with a rental design or file-hostage model.
Do you also do video production?
Yes. We produce short video, Reels and motion graphics for ads and social media. We plan concept, shooting and editing, when needed we manage the shoot end to end with a production team and content creators.
How long does a design take to deliver?
It depends on the scope, a single social media set is delivered within days, while a comprehensive brand identity within a few weeks. For every project we share a clear timeline upfront and stick to the delivery date.
How much does a creative project cost?
We do not publish a price list, because cost depends on scope, the number of formats and the revision rounds agreed upfront. After the free design consultation you receive a written proposal with the scope, the deliverables and the price.
What do you need from us to write a brief?
Your goal, your audience, the channels you use, any brand material you already have, and examples you like or dislike. If something is missing, we ask in the first meeting.
Can you design for audiences in other languages?
Yes. We adapt creative for Turkish, English, German, Russian and Arabic speaking audiences. We adapt the message for each market, not only the words.
Does design affect website speed?
It can. Google's web.dev guidance says the largest contentful paint should happen within 2.5 seconds, with anything above 4.0 seconds counted as poor, and the measured element is usually the largest image, video or text block on the page. We prepare web assets with that limit in mind.
Does creator style video help ad performance?
It can, and we produce it with content creators when a project calls for it. Google and Talk Shoppe research from 2021, covering 24 markets and 48,000 video users, found that 87 percent of viewers say YouTube creators give recommendations they can trust. These are Google's own research figures about its own platform, collected in 2021, and they do not predict the result of any single campaign.
