Our Story
It started with a rebellion.
Our founder Sefa Aydın has been in this business for 12 years. In his early years in the industry he kept seeing the same picture: a campaign is sold, a report is sent, everyone moves on to the next month. Whether the brand actually grew or not is never on anyone's agenda.
Rebel Co. Group was founded 7 years ago precisely as a reaction to this order. Instead of a service list, we put a single question on the table: is your brand stronger this month than last month? To guarantee the answer is yes, we moved beyond the campaign-selling model and built the partner model. We make your goal our own goal, and if the numbers are not growing, we are the first to feel uneasy.
Today, with a 35-person remote team made up of a 5-person core management and 30 experts, we stand alongside 300+ brands across 15 industries. Our scale has grown; the stubbornness we had on day one has stayed the same.
