Free audit

Find the gaps in your store before Black Friday.

Singles' Day (11.11) falls on Wednesday, November 11, Black Friday on Friday, November 27 and Cyber Monday on Monday, November 30. Ad costs rise through the whole period, and a broken tracking setup, a product disapproved in Merchant Center or a slow checkout page can burn a week's budget. In the free November Readiness Audit we review your store across eight areas. We are an Istanbul-based agency with 7 years of experience, 15 industries and 300 plus brands, and we work with e-commerce brands in the UK and across Europe. We recommend applying early so the findings reach you before the November campaigns.

What we review

1

Google Ads and Merchant Center

We look at campaign structure, budget, conversion tracking and product data. We check that the price in your feed matches the price on your site and look for products that were disapproved.

2

Meta pixel, Conversions API and catalog

We check that pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) events fire correctly without double counting, and that price, stock and images in the catalog are up to date.

3

Site speed and Core Web Vitals

We measure LCP, INP and CLS on mobile. Google's thresholds for a good experience are 2.5 seconds for LCP, 200 milliseconds for INP and 0.1 for CLS.

4

Cart and checkout flow

We look at guest checkout, the number of form fields, when the shipping cost becomes visible and which payment methods work on mobile. We find the step where the loss concentrates.

5

Campaign calendar and budget split

We assess how your budget is split between warm-up, peak and close across the waves of November 11, November 27 and November 30.

6

Creative set

We review the message for each wave, format variety, the risk of creative fatigue and the test plan.

7

Stock, shipping and returns copy

We check that campaign stock, the delivery promise and return terms are written consistently on your site and in your ads.

8

Discount labels and price display

We look at how struck-through prices and discount percentages are shown, against the rules in the markets you sell in. For the EU prior-price rule, see our campaign localization guide. This is a marketing review and not legal advice.

How it works

1

Send us your details

Use our contact page to tell us your site address, the channels where you advertise and whether you sell on marketplaces.

2

We agree the scope

Our team gets in touch and we decide together which accounts and data we will look at.

3

We review the eight areas

Using your campaign calendar as the base, we look at ads, tracking, site, checkout flow, creative, operations and price labels.

4

We set priorities together

We talk through the findings and put in order what needs to be closed before November.

Who it is for

  • E-commerce brands in the UK, Europe and beyond that sell from their own site and plan to raise their ad budget in November
  • Sellers who run marketplaces and their own site side by side
  • Stores that run Google Ads or Meta ads but have no separate preparation for November
  • Brands that had tracking, product approval, stock or checkout problems last November
  • Brands whose ads are run by another team and that want an independent second opinion before November

Frequently asked questions

Is the November Readiness Audit really free?

Yes, the audit is free. After it, you decide whether we work together. This page is not a price page. The aim is to let you see the gaps in your store before November.

What do you review in the audit?

We review eight areas: Google Ads and Merchant Center, Meta pixel, Conversions API and catalog, site speed and Core Web Vitals, cart and checkout flow, campaign calendar and budget split, creative set, stock, shipping and returns copy, and discount labels and price display.

Do I need to give you access to my accounts?

We start with checks that can be made from the outside. Some topics, such as Merchant Center approval status or Meta event quality, need visibility inside the account. We agree together which access is needed and how it is granted after you apply.

Is Black Friday the same as the local November sale days?

Black Friday is the global name and falls on Friday, November 27 in 2026. Some markets, Turkey among them, use their own local names for the same day and for the discount season across the whole month. You will meet them if you sell into Turkey. Whatever the name, preparation is the same: accurate tracking, correct prices, a fast site and a clear offer.

Does the audit give legal advice on price rules?

No. We look at whether discount labels and campaign copy appear consistent with the rules, from a marketing point of view. This is not legal advice. Check the requirements for each market you sell in with the competent consumer authority and ask your legal adviser if needed.

When should I apply?

We recommend applying early so the audit can finish before the November campaigns. The key dates are Wednesday, November 11 for Singles' Day (11.11), Friday, November 27 for Black Friday and Monday, November 30 for Cyber Monday. Marketplace discount waves are expected to start in early November and peak in the week of November 23-29, so confirm the exact dates in your seller dashboard.
