Short answer: Which calculators are on this page? The ROAS and ROI calculator shows whether your ads make or lose money. The ad budget calculator works out the budget you need from a revenue goal. The e-commerce profit calculator finds net profit per order and your break-even point. The cart abandonment calculator shows what abandoned carts cost you, and the LTV and CAC calculator shows the profit a customer leaves over their lifetime. Rebel Co. CalculateThese tools are free because a brand that does the math asks better questions, and working with a brand that asks better questions is more productive for everyone. We do not ask for sign-up, we do not collect emails, and the data you enter stays in your browser. Under each calculator we wrote the formula openly, gave a step-by-step worked example in USD and explained how to read the result. You can also repeat the math by hand just by reading the text, without running the tool.
We state at the top of each tool where to get the inputs. Ad spend and conversion value come from Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, visitor counts and conversion rates from GA4, the payment fee from your payment processor statement, and product cost and profit margin from your accounting. The more real the input, the more useful the result, so use the last 30 or 90 days of data instead of estimates.
Use the results for decisions, not for presentations. If your ROAS is below break-even, fix the conversion rate before you grow the budget. Pull a product with a low contribution margin out of ads. If the LTV/CAC ratio is above 3, raise your target CAC and win more customers. The tools are connected: test the implied ROAS from the budget calculator against your margin in the ROAS calculator, and compare the break-even CAC from the profit calculator with customer lifespan in the LTV calculator. If you struggle to read a result, write to us through the link under each tool and we will read your numbers together.
Frequently asked questions
Are the calculators really free, and do I need to sign up?
Yes, they are completely free and need no sign-up. We do not ask for an email or phone number, and the numbers you enter are calculated in your browser and never sent to us. The link under each result is there only if you want to get in touch. The goal of the tools is to increase the number of brands that make ad and e-commerce decisions with math instead of guesses. The formulas are open and the examples are step by step, so you can repeat any calculation by hand.
Which calculator should I start with?
If you run ads, start with the ROAS and ROI calculator, because it shows first whether your campaign makes or loses money. If you run an e-commerce site, start with the e-commerce profit calculator to find your contribution margin per order, because every other calculation builds on that number. If you are planning a new budget, the ad budget calculator is the right start. Finish with the LTV and CAC calculator for growth strategy.
How reliable are the results?
The formulas are standard, well-established calculations in the industry, and a result is only as reliable as the data you enter. Instead of estimates, use real data from the last 30-90 days from Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and your store panel. The calculators are simplified models and do not include fixed costs, inventory cost or cash flow. So use the results to set direction and do not treat them as an accounting report. Industry comparisons are approximate ranges.
What should I do if I struggle to read a result?
Under each tool there is a section with the formula, a worked example, thresholds and common mistakes, and most questions are answered there. If you still want to read your own numbers with an expert, reach us through the link under the result. We assess your calculation, your industry and your goals together. This conversation is free and carries no commitment. For 7 years we have read the numbers of more than 300 brands across 15 industries, and we will read yours too.
